I would urge anyone seeking to get this firm to sort out divorce issues to be very wary.

I asked them to deal with my financial settlement three years ago and I’m still waiting for the correct documents to be issued to me. I have had four people dealing with the case and there seems to be no urgency on their part to get the case sorted. The only thing that gets done promptly is invoicing.

Even writing to the partner in charge of complaints seems to get no action. And in the meantime I’ve been charged hundreds of pounds.

They pushed for a guilty plea at a hearing by giving poor advice, very suspicious to me. It's either they are highly incompetent or maybe they cut deals with the cps. They never contacted the client once to take any advice after the initial meeting they never took any witness statements, no advice given whatsoever, very misleading. Don't use if you want someone to fight your case as they will hand you over Nicely especially if you are mandem. They will not represent you properly do not work with them.

After they gave me a guarantee that I would win the case, they lied to me by telling me that they were not sending documents and evidence to the court because in this hearing we not gone have a decision, but simply will be transferred the case from Croydon to Dartford. The decision was made and it was not what I wanted. I asked them to appeal the decision and Mrs. Pyne refused to do so. I told her that I will make a complaint to the supervisor and I will take the complaint to the end, and since that day they have not even given me the court documents without giving me any kind of justification as to why they are withholding them. My OPINION,,
GO DEFEND YOURSELF IN COURT AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE CHANCE TO WIN THAN IF YOU HAVE REPRESENTED BY ,,,Thomas Boyd Whyte.
