What a fantastic service! Friendly and down to earth. No issue a problem and so helpful. Dealt with sale of my late mother's house efficiently, effectively and without fuss. Absolute jackpot choosing Renata and Co to represent us while buying out first house. I can say that both Renata and her husband couldn't be more knowledgeable and involved from start to finish. Approachable, involved, always available and ready to explain the process in great detail.

Terrible service, told one price over the phone then once time for payment told the price was over 3 times more. When questioned was told we can listen to the recorded phone conversation to confirm - I agreed to this and then was told this was not possible as they were using the phone. I said I am happy to wait and then they said they were not willing to do this and took my certified documents back. Avoid these absolute con artists.

Rude, incompetent and aggressive! She will charge you for a consultation, which will be interupted by her answering all other calls in between (which your charged for). Your letters will be written with mistakes and grammer issues and when you ask to have them rectified she becomes agressive and rude. Please guys do not waste your time as she clearly is past her sell by date and I think she should retire now.

Well where do we start. This company's response to emails and phone calls are ridiculously slow thats if they answer at all avoid like the plague, if you are looking for a quick turnaround on conveyancing. They have held up the whole process due to their incompetence.

We may not have been directly your client, but it was YOU that purposely held the process up with not replying/ignoring emails from our sol plus other people in the process. You ignored enquiries for two months !!!! then worked at a snail pace, how very unprofessional

Polish solicitors speaks English also. Was quoted 200 pound per hr in case you were wondering. There is limited parking in the area.
