Had a terrible experience at this particular branch.receptionist was so rude, she was just something else. The trainee female Solicitor who was dealing with a power of eternity appointment was also extremely rude. I had taken my 93 yr old mother to this branch for an appointment we had booked. It was just after Covid & some people were still wearing masks. The waiting area in this branch was very small & I took the decision not to wear mine as it was so hot in there. However my poor elderley mother reluctantly wore hers just to keep the peace from the receptionists attitude who tried to insist I wore mine. I must point out I would have worn it but after sitting in such a small area & being fobbed off & ignored for 1.5 hours because the room we were supposed to go into to carry out the paperwork for POI was occupied. Appointments can run late but when ur expected to sit in a small box of an area in reception with a 93 yr old lady who'd just came out of hospital was not something I could do. I asked several times to this vile receptionist how long more would we have to wait her attitude was non apologetic & stern. I asked to see the young female solicitor (Ms Finnegan) & she basically tod me I'd upset her receptionist & she said she might have to ask me to leave. No empathy from her that my poor elderley mom was struggling with the wait,no apology for the wait either. Both receptionist & Ms Finnegan were so rude & stern to us I told them to cancel my request & organise a refund. Ms Finnegan was not phased by this at all. 2 rude individuals & I would never have any dealings with them. They both lack empathy & are just plain rude.
