We recently engaged Howell & Co for the sale of our property and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. The sale dragged on for a while due to some complex arrangements with the tenant back then, but when the real offer came in, Khalid is able to work quickly with the buyer’s solicitor with minimal turnaround time as he has prepared all mandatory works beforehand and avoided further delay so credits to him!

During the settlement period, there was further issue between the buyer and the buyer’s solicitor which jeopardised the settlement date. We have to consult Roland in our response to the buyer’s solicitor as it would be extremely disappointing if we couldn’t close the deal, but equally important to recognise when is the tipping point to move on with another buyer. Roland gave us excellent advice in how to respond with a balance of assertiveness but not upsetting the buyer if the deal could still be closed. In the end we managed to exchange contract and complete settlement with only one day of delay which was a fantastic outcome. We highly recommend Howell & Co to anyone in need of conveyancing services. Their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction is truly commendable!
