After the devastating flood December 2024 left my kitchen in tatters, I hoped that my insurance company, Aviva, would help. They did and sent our claim to be sorted by a company called Snapecall.
What a remarkably wonderful experience that has been….from the quality of the communication, to the exceptional workmanship…both the gentlemen who replaced my floor and the painter’s work exceeded my expectations. Not only were they so lovely to be around, their attention to detail, the time spent tidying up and the
patience they showed as I peppered them with questions was so appreciated. My kitchen is lovely….I was told that it would be restored to how it was prior to the flood and they delivered in spades. Thank you to Simon of Snapecall and to everyone else involved. We could not be more pleased with our ‘new’ kitchen.

SnapeCall were instructed by my insurers to do the majority of the various restoration works following an underground burst pipe at the property. Did an excellent job to co-ordinate the various stages of the restoration work and the staff/contractors they employed were approachable, professional and carried out the restoration work to a very high standard. I am very impressed with the work that they did. My thanks to all those involved in particular Matt May and Gill Harris. Highly recommended company.

SnapeCall were appointed by my insurers to repair damaged roof tiles, guttering and a chimney caused by a falling tree hitting my property.
They communicated quickly and thoroughly which was appreciated as I could not always be on site. The contractor carrying out the work also kept in regular contact and sent pictures of the completed works. Good job.

Following a fire that destroyed my mother-in-law’s garage insurers engaged a firm of builders to rebuild it. Regrettably the workmanship was so bad it was condemned and they were ultimately removed from site.
The underwriters subsequently engaged Snapecall who were a breath of fresh air. They had to practically rebuild the garage again to rectify all the errors and went about it in an extremely professional and efficient manner. I spent all my life in the construction industry, but living 300 miles away I couldn’t visit site very often. However I had total confidence in Matt May and his workforce who ultimately provided us with a structure to be proud of. Thank you Matt and the team.
