Our move was far from easy due to the rural location we were living in. Not only have Warrens been patient with us over the 18 months we’ve been waiting to move, they have been extraordinarily supportive at every stage of the preparation. Esther in the office was always positive & useful to talk to about the process. On the day of the move the team arrived promptly at the time they had given, and provided an outstanding and anxiety free service when it finally happened. The entire crew worked as a team throughout the day and were good humoured, cheerful, tidy & totally professional & couldn’t do enough to make sure we were okay at both the loading up and delivery stages. We had an unfortunately long conveyancing process, a bit of a rollercoaster, but the team at Warren’s Removals were so professional and courteous about booking us in. Esther especially was so accommodating in changing dates as and when we needed to. We recently moved house and used Warrens Removals for the full packing and moving service, and we couldn't be happier! Jai, Simon, and Jacob arrived even earlier than expected (8:15 am, booked for 8:30 am) and got straight to work. They dismantled a King size bed and took a door off to get it down the stairs, no problem. They also dismantled three wardrobes and an outdoor plastic shed with ease and packed everything up in the house quickly and efficiently, clearly labelling the boxes so that we knew where everything was.
At our new home, they rebuilt everything perfectly, the bed, two wardrobes and the garden shed, making the entire move feel effortless and stress-free. The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
I would absolutely recommend Warrens Removals to anyone moving house-they truly made what could have been a stressful day a breeze! Thanks again guys!
