Covid-19 meant that embassy's were closed at times and the process took longer than expected. However, when they opened back up, Steven was able to use his knowledge to expedite our process. Everything was explained concisely and covered in detail, Lee and Jane were always a phone call away, available to ask for advise or to check on the status of my application. I cannot express enough how much I recommend Steven and his team. Having previously been down this road unsuccessfully with a different immigration lawyer, we have just been approved for a visa to move to the USA. Steven was upfront with the costs, upfront with our chances and I cannot fault the professionalism of this group of people. I needed a waiver of inadmissibility for my visa to be approved. If you find yourself in a similar position my advise to you is to be totally honest and open in everything, respond timely to anything they need from you, be pro-active and chase things up (its your application) if you need to.
