I cannot recommend Gemma Iceton and her team enough. Their level of professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail was excellent. During what was quite an uncertain and upsetting time, I felt very supported by the team. They have asked me to pay an outstanding invoice to Fedex + a compensation amount of £40 despite it being the first time I have been notified of the charge.

They have given me a deadline to pay in 7 days. This has caused me a lot of stress this Saturday morning
considering that I do not even know what the charges are for and when they were supposedly invoiced to me.

I have sent an email to them about this matter and will update this review in due course.

This firm set up a “Trust” which involved 2 of my clients whom were advised post instructing a legal firm that;
"Unfortunately, I and the Firm are not satisfied that we can trace down the source of the Trust funds and how/why you set up the Trusts in the first instance."

Avoid at all costs!
