BEWARE - What was supposed to be a simple winding up petition has been unnecesarily prolonged. I carry out winding up petitions regularly in chasing commercial tenant debt. I thought I'd try a Blakewater Certus for a change. £6,000 has been transferred to their client account and I've been charged £3,600 for work carried out on the case to date and there is no sight of the winding up petition documents being issued. In comparison, a leading law firm in Leeds that I use charge £600 for the background on / reviewing the case and issuing the winding up petiton. Please go to a larger Leeds firm as this company is only interested in creating more work at your expense.

We had a partnership dispute, Naheem was recommended to us by two of our acquaintances.
Naheem is a caring, courteous and competent individual - we felt at ease with him and were quick to establish a good rapport.

I suspect most people have no idea what it’s like to be sued and I’m no exception. So when a disgruntled ex-employer decided to become a thorn in my side, Mr Anwar and his team dealt with the issue swiftly and professionally. I went from a nervous standpoint to feeling extremely confident in just a couple of calls. Their knowledge of how to approach my situation helped me avoid a frivolous and baseless claim that (in the wrong hands) could have resulted in tens of thousands of pounds being owed. I carnt thank Naheem and his team enough.
I received a court summons for a excessive amount of money due to a ex business.the allegations against me was all lies,this was week before Christmas.
