I highly recommend Gordons Solicitors. They helped my family navigate through the selling process with courtesy, patience, understanding and professionalism. We used Gordon’s to buy our first house. Let me tell you this, they were amazing! You normally hear horror stories of how rubbish property solicitors are and how they delay the purchase. Not Gordon’s! Honestly Danyal and Ingrid were just phenomenal. Such wonderful people to work with. There was never an inconvenient time, and never a stupid question! Great experience conveyancing with Justene for sale and purchase. No messing about at all which was greatly appreciated. Seemed very on the ball! Only knocked a star off - which isn't a reflection on Justene at all - as I felt extremely pressured to use Gordons LLP upon putting my house up for sale with Hardisty as I received multiple phone calls a week. Turns out it wasn't a bad decision at all going with them. Fees reasonable too.

Terrible experience with Gordons while trying to purchase a house in summer 2022. They do not answer questions when asked, just repeat a statement which most often isn't related to what you have asked. They are also incredibly rude and confrontational on the phone when I phoned asking for help understanding a tricky situation with regard to boundaries. Please avoid - they massively increased the stress in an already tricky purchase which ended up falling through. This was not because of Gordons, however the situation would have been clearer 2 months prior if they had been clear and had a small amount of customer focussed delivery.

Amazing service throughout from Saeed & Ruth. We went through a Sale and a Purchase transaction and it was really stressful due to it taking a long time. However Saeed & Ruth provided exceptional service and were always there to help throughout.
