Stefan Banks is extremely knowledgeable on his subject matter, he is very approachable, not stuffy, uses a good mix of normal everyday speak mixed with the necessary legal jargon. He was always happy to explain anything that I didn't understand, which wasn't much but nonetheless still extremely accommodating. Very understanding of the problem I faced with a Lease and it was dealt with very efficiently and appropriately. No un-necessary costs for either party and I would definitely recommend him to others and I will definitely use Dawson Hart Solicitor services again in the future.
