I first used SO Legal for purchasing a shared ownership property 7 years ago and we just used them again to sell it and purchase a house. I went with them again because I thought they were pretty good the first time, but they were even better this time.

It was a somewhat challenging case and Victoria Parnell and her colleagues were all outstanding, proactive and so supportive all the way through.

Their communication was what really stood out to us - we were able to contact them at any time and there was always multiple people we could speak to. They provided regular updates and gave detailed and swift responses to any questions we had. If you want a solicitor with excellent communication, I would highly recommend SO Legal, Victoria and her team. They also always had cover whenever there was leave in the team, and the handovers were seamless.

We are hoping we won't have to move again for a long time but if we do, we will 100% be going with SO Legal again. High quality and nice-to-work with solicitors are always worth it!
