They could not solve our problems, but this was not at all their fault but a lake of interest of the other part to fix anything. People at the organisation were very professionals, mediator Mr Simeon, and all the staff there is very professional so I am thankful anyway.

My recent mediation experience with your service was deeply disappointing. The mediator, Ursula, showed no effort in facilitating compromise, resulting in a worsened situation between myself and my ex-partner. The service lacked professionalism in managing appointments. Overall, I strongly advise against using this service for mediation.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I was skeptical how mediation would help us but we managed to agree on an arrangement over 3 or 4 sessions, with Ursula's expert guidance, and avoided the lengthy and costly process of communicating through lawyers. It made the whole process a lot less adversarial, which meant our children benefited from the process also. I would recommend Calm Mediation (and Ursula) to anyone who is going through the stressful process of a divorce.

5 stars for existing. It's an important worthwhile organisation. I have always been treated in a welcoming, friendly and extremely generous manner and, at times, without funding (as far as I know).

5 stars for reducing my experience of anti-social behaviour so that I can sleep at night.

No stars for lack of transparency, regarding agreed mediation with the anti-social (private) tenants.

No stars for not giving me straight answers to straight questions and for being careful not to put basic and essential information into writing for me as requested.

No stars regarding trust and confidentiality.

That brings an average of 2 stars. I would not discourage others from using this worthy organisation.

I found the Southwark mediation centre to be very helpful they are a great organisation and have helped me a great deal. They have made me feel like my situation mattered. From the start they took the time to listen to me and felt like they understood. They helped me set things in place and give me accurate information when mediation failed to which was no fault of theirs. All in all I can say a brilliant service, thank you

Is not a charity at all they will ask you to pay 100£ each on fees even a bit more If we don't remember bad, for our experience they make the things fare worst advice stay away of this charlatans and pay a marriage counselor. It takes time but is worth it they just destroy all you have worked for. It's for the sake of the child yeah sure

Had 3 sessions, It was a first time I've done this so I have nothing to compare to. The first session I thought went well, there were things I noticed which made me think the mediator was Bias to the other party. By the second and third session it became apparent. On occasions, the Mediator would have no opinion unless it was against my opinion.

Dont expect someone who will be an objective third party to help resolve/mediate your problems.

For example, the other party made comments during mediation which backed up my claim. When I asked the Mediator to confirm she responded with I have no Opinion. There is no opinion when confirming a comment, just facts.

Aparrently, You have to request session summaries or it wont happen (Not sure what they think we are paying for).

They did attempt to reconcile this with a free session, however, this session ended up not stating what occured but what both parties agreed to. In other words, if there was a comment she made in the actual session, if she didnt want it documented it wouldnt be regardless of whether it is what she said. This document should be objective, the mediator should have ensured it was objective.

If I asked to put something down, she would say the other party needs to agree. however, if the other party requested anything she would start writing. Another example of how she was BIAS.

Information which was agreed on the final statement which would have aided me was deleted and then sent through.

Waste of money, I wouldnt come back for any other services from them.

Response to your response.

The free session was because you didnt send us a summary for the first session.
