Tardy, lack of communication, my wife originally offered bad advice when making her will. Later could not access her solicitor to make changes. Since her passing, we were informed her will was 'lost'. Finally having seen her will, the executors had to have the will changed.
Not a professional way to conduct business.

Anne-Marie and Summer were incredible the whole way through our very drawn our sale and purchase.
We lost the house we wanted first time round but went through with the sale and then a year later found a house we were desperate for and they did everything they could to bring it over the line as quickly as possible for us to help the fact we had no chain.
Anne-Marie will go the extra mile for you when required and is incredibly thorough which is reassuring. She will question decisions but always allow you to be the one in control making you feel completely at ease.
