Riky Patel is a fabulous solicitor. Practical, attentive, and fast. I couldn't have asked for any more and we were ready to exchange in a matter of days from receiving the contract packs.

I was recommended to Perrin Myddelton by my estate agent after having a negative experience with a previous conveyancer. I immediately got a good vibe from Paul when he called to introduce himself and offer to provide a quote. Selling or buying a property is never an "enjoyable" process, but Paul was always super responsive and reassuring throughout so I felt confident that I was in good hands.
