We paid up to this service after being sold to by the front man advisor in loosely understanding the tax planning products at hand.

We read some earlier reviews on client testimonials from their partner site property 118 in particular we found it reassuring that the founders including the barristers personally spent time with clients in helping them understand a bespoke way forwards.

With the above in mind we proceeded and paid a substantial some of funds after which we were expecting to then receive a greater level on engagement and service from the core team.

However we had been totally fooled. the Barristers refuse to pick up the phone to answer questions. Templated docs are sent which have no plain English supporting docs in order to understand the strategy and thinking behind the planning and structures and wording of what one is expected to sign.

A chartered accountant or law firm would have provided a much better customer focused experience. These guys seem to have structured a good product but peddle the same solution for everyone which can be fine, However there is no customer service or explanation or confidence given in the legal jargon of paperwork expected to be signed.

Very disappointing indeed. They really don't care about their clients. Once your money is paid you are trapped.
