I had the pleasure in working with Jackie Curtis and her team, in particular Louise and Kieran.
They are professional, kind, understanding and the best bit was having brilliant communication from them. They ensured I understood every aspect of the sell and then my purchase and was there to talk when I needed to go over things.
I sold my flat at auction so it was very confusing at first but Jackie helped me understand it all and couldn't have been nicer. Also with my purchase I was buying over the bridge in Wales so she ensured I understood any difference in rules and put together very detailed reports on all aspects.
