We hadn't heard of electronic magnetic field testing until we looked at buying a house near pylons. Lukas explained that it's not necessarily the size of the pylon, but more the proximity of it to the house.
Lukas, explained everything beforehand about what was needed to be done. He liaised with the Estate agent to arrange access, did the test and kept me updated at every step of the way. He was always contactable to ask questions and called me just after he'd done the survey. He talked me through the results and sent the report the very next day.

This sort of testing has been around for decades, but you're only aware of it when you need it.

For me, it was a must have to be able to make the right informed decision for my family.
