Used Sonic to go to a family meal with my grandma. Both the drivers on way there and back were brilliant with my grandma and lovely guys. Very good price and on time both ways. Really really impressed!

The taxi pulled up in the middle of the cul de sac. (Sat 28th September) Nowhere near our drive. The taxi driver did not get out to help us with the cases. My husband struggled to get one suitcase in the boot, as it was very small. The other one had to go on the back seat with myself. It was nearly 1 o’clock in the morning, and so very dark as only one street lamp. On the journey the driver never spoke once. When we got to the bus station, once again he stayed in the taxi and never helped us. We are retired and were absolutely disgusted. We will not be using them again.

Great ! Sonic taxis has been fantastic recently. Drivers arrive within the time given and it is speedy. Also you can track the drivers as you get a text message when your taxi has been dispatched. Keep it up!

Lovely drivers, set price for all the journeys I've had and good availability.

Only 4 star as every time I book in advance, they are at least 10 minutes late to pick up, so make sure if you are booking that you book the taxi 10/15 minutes earlier than you need it or you will be late.

When it comes to reliable, safe and satisfactory taxi service, you simply cannot go wrong with Sonic.

I've been using them for around three years now and I couldn't even consider using anyone else at this point. Their drivers work so hard and show a genuine interest in their passengers.
I've gotten to know many of them over the years and you can tell this is a business run by honest, hard working people. From the operators on the phones, to the owners and drivers.
I can't thank Sonic enough for the times they've picked me up or dropped me off when I've been in dire need of transport. Especially the likes of Ali, Atif and Ubaid.
Always efficient, and always exceptionally friendly.

Sonic cars are very reliable and affordable (not on a meter fixed price). The cars are very clean and the drivers drive very well making you feel safe which is great especially when we are travelling with our children. Can not recommend them enough. 5*

Great taxi firm. Always arrive on time and I’m never waiting long. The Audi driver (the boss) got me somewhere I was running late to as quick as he could and helped me out with my bags etc. Cant fault them at all 🙂 All drivers are respectful and polite!
