Well what can I say, we have just completed the sale of our property and I can't thank the team at Lichfield enough. In particular Daniel and Charlotte for helping this smooth transaction go through in such a timely fashion. I was kept updated throughout the whole process of the sale. Davisons law as whole is a fantastic firm to deal with. Before we put the property on the market for sale we also had use a solicitor to evict the current tenant and we were recommended Lisa Shocker by Daniel and she was able to help us through that stressful process of going to court etc. So when I say Davsions Law is the firm to use I truly mean it. Cannot advise you enough to avoid using this company!

We have used them twice and have had a terrible experience both times. We only proceeded with them a second time as they were partnered with the company selling our home. Now over a month later we have had to pay further monies for the completions of our new home which we purchased in December because of a "Shortfall" made by solicitors. During the purchase, we always had to chase for updates despite being advised we would receive regular updates. We also had advised we would not pay an indemnity fee that was missed by Davison's Law when we purchased our property but was required to sell should we not complete in a timely manner, however, we now note that we were charged the fee anyway. Unprofessional company and horrible Service.

Avoid at all costs!
We are currently 6 months and ongoing due to this incompetency of this firm, to deal with a sale of house, Absolutely useless! Lost documents which were sat in an in tray for 3 weeks!!! Failed to realise a major component to sale of house needed to be done till the very last moment! Delaying the sale again!
Completely utterly gross incompetence.
