If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been waiting for my grandfathers estate for almost 2 years now!!!! Terrible customer service, wont return our calls, wont provide documents that they said they will send. This place is a scam, avoid at all costs! I'm starting to believe they ate our money and now I'm going to get the courts involved. Dishonest "solicitors". If you don't believe me, read the other reviews.

Mrs Hill is particularly thorough and knowledgeable and handled two recent sales for me. Irrespective of the pressures during lockdown she ensured both properties completed swiftly. Highly recommend.

Worst experience of buying a house was recommended by my broker. No help even at stressful times. Not much information given when processing documents. Just we need to do this no explanation. Hard to get hold of at times and going on a break without notifying their clients. Wouldn't recommend

Massive no from me. From day you paid first amount and sign contract you will be chasing them for update. Have to call million times to get response back which were unsatisfied! Buying process took over 7 month and still waiting for redemption which is probably never going to happen. I used Coventry Road branch. Mr Hussain were my solicitor.
