Couldn't fault EPO at all in our house sale and purchase. They were brilliant to work with and it was a significantly better experience than we've had with other solicitors in previous house sales. Our experience working with Eddowes, Perry & Osbourne for our house move was fantastic. Unlike other solicitors we've worked with, we always felt Katie was in our corner. I cannot praise Katie Dwyer enough, she has been a pleasure to work with.

Over the years we’ve done many sales and purchases of properties, I can honestly say Katie is the best conveyancer I’ve ever used.

She is incredibly proactive, very responsive to communications and she kept us informed at every step of the process. I am so impressed by her can do attitude and her professionalism throughout the whole process.

There were issues with our sale and purchase and at every step Katie had a great way to solve it. In the end she’s saved me more money than I’d expected by resolving a land registry issue that my previous firm hadn’t even spotted when I bought the house!

I cannot recommend her enough, I will only work with Katie in future.

I don’t usually write reviews but feel like I have to because of the service we received from EPO when purchasing our first home. Will Preece was our solicitor and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and the communication was great. Will would reply to our emails usually within an hour and made what was a very long and stressful buying process (through no fault of EPO) a lot easier which I know isn’t the case for some people. It unfortunately took us 7 months to complete however I believe it would’ve taken a lot longer than this had Will not been so proactive. I would 100% use EPO again if we ever move house and I would recommend to friends and family should they need a solicitor.
