Chloe and her team were amazing in moving our house purchase forward. They replied to all my emails super quick, were very clear, undertook the conveyancing swiftly and helped chase the seller's solicitors. We recently purchased a property and were allocated Open Law by our estate agents to process this. After an initial rocky start with communication our case was allocated to Kim Taylor who was absolutely exceptional. Kim was extremely responsive, professional and made sure we were updated every step of the way. I felt she went above and beyond to support us through the process and when we had issues with our mortgage provider Kim worked with me to get these resolved. I would highly recommend the services we received and am extremely grateful.

Kim was great. She was good at communicating throughout the process, letting me know what was still outstanding. She did everything she could to communicate with the other solicitors which was a struggle at times! I would definitely recommend Kim for anyone looking for a firm to deal with their house move.

Open Law were appointed to do our conveyancing by our estate agents and initially I was a little concerned that they were so far away but everything was very efficient, all paperworkwas dealt with electronically. Rebecca was our solicitor and I found it quite easy to get hold of her on the phone. Our sale and purchase was completed 2 months quicker than the estate agent had predicted. Overall a good service.
