Unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional mediators. Assessment bias. They don't follow government guidelines in relation to MIAM. Overpriced for the service provided. You will waste your time and your money using their services.

They are a profit organization, they go against government guildlines in regards to MIAM certification. They charge you for MIAM certification and then tell you they have an admin fee afterwards. Be careful with this company as they will be sly in the way they go about business. The mediator though was good an understood why I couldn't use their service.
