Nicola recently dealt with my property sale and purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and Nicola and her colleagues were always available to answer queries immediately or would always return calls.

The transaction was quite complex as it involved a shared ownership sale and we were dependant on completing before the valuation expired. Nicola was extremely knowledgeable and fully understood the implications if we did not meet this deadline and worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to complete in time, even coming in on her holiday to get paperwork turned around in the days before completion.

As with most house purchases, ours was far from simple but Charlotte persevered, answering all queries promptly and concisely - nothing was ever too much trouble.

I have to contest the review below which states this company are after large sum cases only - ours was worth the grand sum of £800 to this company - the amount of work completed on it outweighed that amount of money by far.

It's rare that interactions such as these leave me with the opportunity to offer a glowing review of such a company but on this occasion I'm more than happy to do so and would recommend S&S to anybody.
