Had a positive and successful experience with CRA. Helped me secure a good job in a top ranked law firm up North of England. Excellent in communication and assisting for interview preparations. I Felt treated equally not by my experience or diversity. Ross and Rhys are amazing. They set me up for a good number of interviews in a week. We managed to get an offer within 2-3 weeks. They are always available if needed. Even after commencement of my job I know I can still give them a shout if needed. I am so grateful and excited for my new job. I'd highly recommend CRA! CRA have assisted me a few times in finding a new job and they have always been great. I've dealt with Ross and Rhys and both are lovely, friendly, and genuine people who take the time to get to know you as a person to find a good fit, rather than just casting a wide net and throwing all sorts of positions in your face.

I most recently dealt with Ross and he (as usual) went above and beyond. I was always kept up to date with applications/processes and never once felt pressured to accept a position.

If you're ever in need of a recruiter, I highly recommend CRA/Ross and/or Rhys (though I have no doubt the rest of the team are just as lovely and genuine.)
