Some Rude, some unproffesional and some illiterate employees. We went with alison law to avoid the stress and complications that come with applying for visas, however we felt more stressed given the lack of communication. We thought they would be helping us in our mistakes however we had mistakes on their part that we had to ammend, from our names to DOB, it really gave us the impression that we can not leave it to the "professionals". Dates and times on when we would be receiving phone calls never came, we had to constantly send emails to ensure that our visa applications were being worked on, im sure if we hadn't then we would of been forgotten about. Yes both our visas were successful hence the 2 star rating, however the process was stressful and unprofessional, i wouldnt recommend this team. I give credit to mohammed irfan who eventually overlooked our casefile and made us feel at ease. Credits to riz for actually returning a call request.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM

Useless rude people, they do not answer to your emails after payment is made. 1,200 Pounds to fill up a form to apply for VISA (I Am Italian) and after 6 months the answer was negative from Home Office. They wanted other 900 Pounds. I have tried several times to write them but they reply only every now and then. It took me weeks to get an answer from Raisah Ahmed and Nadeem Akhtar. NOT recommended at all. They are scammers stealing money from people who give them trust.

Been trying to call for half an hour and always goes to voicemale. The office don't close till 5 on a Thursday and I finally gave up after an hour at 4:45.
Absolutely useless I'm trying to get some information for a client and they can't do anything to get in contact. Maybe they only get minimum wage for minimum effort

The worst law firm that myself or my company worked ever. Total lack of professionalism and zero communication. A case that normally will take two to three months has been extended to almost a full year and is still not addressed by this firm. Even to this day still haven’t been able to arrange a meeting with my solicitor/s or to receive any kind of support! Scammers avoids at all cost!!! I do not believe the good reviews left by so called customers surely are left by some close friends however this so-called law firm has no clue what to do or how to address a case in any matter. I have used their services in behalf of the company that I run for helping us in getting the visa sponsorship licence. In one year of waiting and trying to contact them on a weekly basis I had two solicitors appointed and both were always of sick, in meetings or not available! Refusing to have a meeting and even a phone call conversation. They were dead nice when we sign the contract and paid a huge fee however after the money were gone in their account that was it, from this point forward absolutely no communication. Avoid them at all cost. If anybody reads this review make the right decision and look for someone else to help you out! I strongly believer they are a bunch of scammers that got their diploma/qualification from eBay! Another advice that I will give to all if they scammed you the same way how they scam me and my company please be aware you have 6 full years to fille a complaint against them! Do not leave it how it is because who knows how many other people out there are scammed of their last penny by this so-called Law Firm - Alison Law Solicitors. AVOIDE FOR YOURE OWN PACE OF MIND! They will only help you to waste your money and time!

Had two claims with this firm for my self one for my child and also one for my brother.
The first claim I had was dealt with great!
But the others I’ve noticed lack of communication, been lied to of many staff members and seems can never get through to anybody! I would avoid this firm like the plague

Update.. 4 years on and still they have my money and wont pay me out or return emails, phone calls!

Update again… 5 years on and still no response and no money paid out. So now i am taking this solicitors to court.

Currently have two on going claims this so called Faheem is only bothered about getting a claim and when comes to pay out doesn't wanna know. Had no contact of two road traffic very quick to start claim but doesn't want to pay out. Stay away time waster and completely unprofessional. You cant even get in touch with these guys ever!

P.S Update one of the quickest responses for a negative review on Google fastest communication I have had from them.

The worst law firm ever! It’s been nearly a year My husband (Alireza Niaragheb) have not heard from them about his case, after consecutive calls we made and left voicemails and many emails sent, no one ever got back to us. We have provided documents many times as requested but still no news. Terrible service and very unprofessional!

The requested documents were provided in March and we have called twice last week and left a voicemail, but no one got back to us. How do we suppose to communicate with you when emails and phone calls are not responded
