*UPDATE* I received a phone call minutes after this review went live and was given relevant info but asked to take this review down. I was told how only one person was dealing with all the correspondence today so I fully understand how they were behind on things and I hold nothing against this individual trying to handle everything. But this shouldn't be the case. Where is management to deal with issues like this? Why haven't I heard from them in days? And a bad review should not be the only way of getting a response.
I have increased to a 2 star because I understand the circumstances and individuals are doing their best but this is the company's problem if all these responsibilities are put on one person and customer service then suffers as there's only so much one person can do.

An EPC inspection was scheduled (I am a tenant) I requested I be preset. I was not given a time after emailing multiple times, phoning (left them a voicemail after no answer) and eventually trying their socials. Their website advertises WhatsApp as a way to get in touch ,but you'll soon find out that they are not on WhatsApp. No reply, no help.
Maybe they treat the agencies and landlords better but I'm not impressed. Cherry on top was they got my name wrong after a few emails despite correctly addressing me in first two emails.

Landlords Compliance handled each component of my STL certification. I had to stay in one day and each tradesman came round to review everything. It was very professional. We had remedial work, which cost a bit to fix but they have done a very good job. We were subsequently granted our licence by Edinburgh Council so happy that the work was succesful!

I am so very happy I asked this company to do the EPC report for my house. They came within two days at the time they said they would. The man who came was friendly and helpful and did a good job. I would highly recommend this company and would be very happy for them to come and do any other work that related to their business in the future.
