In my understanding it's the worst ever "solicitor" company.
They ignore emails with a crucial information. They don't communicate with the client. I genuinely believe that they plot on their naive clients by exploiting their trust and con them only to fill their own pockets.
They dismiss the most fundamental instructions which support the case big time.
They are very disorganised. They carry on requesting the same information multiple times and even after that they won't know about it.
Also if they sign a 'no win no fee' contract it will include conditions which will make you to pay even if you lose your case.
If you instruct them, then make sure you instruct a private detective who will monitor them and their work, plus instruct another set of solicitors (I mean real ones) who will do what CW supposed to be doing.

Absolutely shambles company, they work as legal advisers for aegas but do not communicate to end customers, too then six months to contact me regarding my claim then disappeared for another five, rubbish

Absolutely disgraceful !! Arrived home to a letter headed Notice of court action.
Despite never missing any payments apparently my debt had been passed to them and this was their way of getting us to panic and pay them quicker as the previously agreed amount wasn’t quick enough for them. Disgusting and dishonest shock and scare tactics. Simply not required a simple phone call to discuss the matter would have yielded far better results. And mr Sthamsanua your attitude stinks.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolute pathetic excuse for a solicitors firm. They never respond to emails and lack communication amongst themselves as I was receiving the same emails from different employees despite having provided all relevant information for AML checks when looking to purchase properties. They then kept asking for same information I'd already provided on numerous occasions. They then finally admitted to the letting agency that they no longer had the capacity to deal with me or any of the other buyers as a client after wasting 4 months of my time!
