I experienced significant disappointment and bad experiences with Hazelhurst Solicitors. In my view, their conduct, particularly that of Quddus, was marked by a lack of professionalism, disrespect, and rudeness, especially during our telephone conversations. Quddus charged me £2000 for an appeal case, which was supposed to cover the involvement of a barrister if the matter proceeded to the Immigration First-tier Tribunal. However, when the case was listed for a hearin, the firm requested an additional £550, which later became £850, clearly disregarding the terms of our agreement. Subsequently, the firm resorted to harassment, bullying and intimidation in an attempt to collect this money from me. This situation left me feeling extremely stressed and anxious. I lodged a formal complaint with Hazelhurst Solicitors but was dissatisfied with some of Quddus' responses, prompting me to escalate the matter to the Legal Ombudsman, where I am currently awaiting the results of their investigation. It appears to me that Quddus is driven by a desperate need for money, seemingly indifferent to the methods employed to achieve it. I perceive his tactics as a lack of empathy for other people and he has no human side to him. In my opinion he is not an honest man given the way he had treated me. Immigration cases often induce significant stress for clients, who expect their solicitors to demonstrate respect, empathy, and a reasonable demeanor in their dealings. Based on my negative experience with them, I would strongly advice against choosing Hazelhurst Solicitors, as there are numerous other options available in Manchester and in London.

MY TESTIMONY 😄 WITH A BIG SMILE

Words will fail me tremendously but let me try.
I got to UK from Lesotho in Africa in May 2024 under dependant spousal visa but I was abused and thrown out to the streets twice in between my arrival date to end of July, 2024. I was stranded and miserable not knowing what to do because I had already sold everything back at home coming here to join my "wife" who had a full year here before my arrival. I had nothing to go back to as my 3 children also came with me here.

He responded and let me on gathering my information until we concluded that I can apply for my own SKILLED WORKER Visa which I began applying for immediately. I had a lot of challenges as I needed to have COS but Solicitor Quddus via his office guided me to a victory where I am now given full FIVE (5) YEARS as a Skilled Worker by THE UK HOME OFFICE.
