Would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Taxi driver who picked up Howard from Pinderfields Hospital yesterday. He was very patient in the face of parking difficulties and harassment from Stewards, but once parked went to Hospital door to get Howard, who is partially sighted. His kindness was appreciated.

Since they got rid of us operators lots of people complaining that the operator don't give realistic waiting time say straight away then there waiting 20/30 minutes not good at all firm gone right down hill since these new owner took over ,do not use if you want to be anywhere important or on time AVOID

Ordered 3 taxis well the 8 seaters at varying times on Sunday. Each taxi turned up on times requested, received a text to say taxi had been dispatched and when arrived. Prompt service around. Would definitely use again

I phoned to book an 8 seater taxi for 10 o ‘clock on Christmas Night. We had looked at getting a mini bus for 11 of us but my daughter then said they’d have to leave earlier with youngsters .. Now those quotes were for hundreds of £££’s so I was delighted that the estimate from the controller was £32 !! On the night the driver phoned early to say he was on his way and he arrived promptly and could not have been nicer. His car was very clean and the trip went like clockwork… Not like some experiences at Xmas with other firms in the past!!
The trip came to £31 but the driver said to give him£30 as it was Christmas!! He was very happy when we insisted he accepted £35…. Cheap at that for an excellent ride! We shall always recommend Asdale Cars after such wonderful service !

We used Asdale cars twice tonight and can I just say BRILLIANT! We were picked up in the best car ever! Really lovely with my elderly parents and the same on the return journey... my mum has mobility issues and so very helpful and cheery! Its 'nice to e nice' he said when I thanked him... I love this ! Thanks Asdale Cars to be so nice to my elderly parents.

No happy, very bad experience. I ordered a taxi for all week for my son 2 times taxi don't come my son was panicking they left him without transport to home I was in hospital and distant from the school to home was 20 min .

This used to be a great service. Not now. Taxis regularly late or bookings made and then not turning up. Cleanliness of taxis varies hugely. One stand out female driver
