I instructed the Firm to deal with my residential sale and purchase. It should have been a very straightforward transaction but it wasn't, through no fault of the Firm. It was protracted and complex. Their response to the complications was excellent and I was kept informed throughout. The situation was extremely stressful but having the legal support of the GMW team, in particular Corrie Holmes, Rachael Hirst and Carol Muir, meant that the situation was at least manageable. I have extensive experience in dealing with law firms and this particular one is very responsive, thorough and diligent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
