Spoke with a very rude woman this morning. My partner went to court yesterday and in his favour, has been advised to go back to mediation. I called to ask them a generalised question regarding a voucher scheme, nothing related to a specific case to my partner, just a generalised question. Initially she asked if she could speak with him so I put him on. I then had another question about the voucher, and she rudely mentioned passing the phone back to my partner and not speaking with me because it’s not relating to my court case? I explained that i wasn’t going to do that as I was the one who called them initially and was only asking generalised questions and that she was being rude. I had called initially as unbeknown to them my partner struggles with this kind of stuff and needs support in asking the right questions sometimes. Do not call these guys for general queries and expect anything helpful.

Reprimanded by mediator for daring to show emotion. Should be a robot?! My ex insulted me but said nothing to him! Hadn't received statement of finances even though took me days to complete. Overall not the experience I was hoping for ?
