I had a really frustrating experience with this firm. From the start, I was completely upfront about the origin of my funds, and they seemed fine with it. But after over a month of back and forth, they suddenly told me they couldn’t proceed because of their internal policies. This could have been flagged much earlier and saved me so much time.

On top of that, they were incredibly unresponsive. I had to chase almost every email because they just wouldn’t reply. It honestly felt like they were doing me a favor by answering my questions instead of simply doing their job as agreed in the contract.

The whole process was slow, stressful, and poorly handled. I can’t recommend this firm if you’re looking for clear communication or a professional service.
