Had an absolutely amazing experience at John Copland! I needed to get my documents certified, and James was a gem of a person. He handled everything efficiently and even went the extra mile by offering us to scan the documents.

The receptionist was just as wonderful—super helpful and kind. I had forgotten to bring a printout, and she sorted it out for me without any hassle.

The level of service and professionalism here is top-notch. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Dealt with James Bancroft and cannot praise him enough.
Explained the legal wording in a completely comprehensive way.
Had my best interests in mind the whole time and did not seem to rush me in any way, took plenty of time to make sure everything was covered and I was happy.

Couldn't of faulted anything they did for us. We recently purchased a house and we went with John coplands with recommendations from everyone. So glad we did. It only took just under 4 months after seeing the property to move in and it went so smooth! We mainly were in contact with Gary and he is amazing, always kept us in the loop, made sure we understood every step and was a pleasure to meet in person. Thank-you team for all your help I would highly recommend if purchasing your first home!

Was looking for some advice and called up just from a Google search for local solicitors..James here was absolutely brilliant to deal with...didn't ask for any money for an initial phone consultation where others wanted at least over £100 and in some cases over double this just for an initial chat..
Very impressed with James attitude and willingness to cooperate and even looked over some stuff so I have a better understanding of my circumstances..top marks!!! Highly recommend!

Talk about dragging a job out, I'd be fired if I performed like that.

I sent an email in regards to an ex employer and it's extremely poor procedures and they got back to me within 24h. The news wasnt good news, but they didn't charge to tell me the basic outlines of my rights and where I stand and for that I'm extremely grateful. Particular thanks to James Bancroft for his advice. 🙂
