Aston Shaw was really first class years ago but unfortunately now they make mistakes there's no client manager directly responsible for your affairs you can contact and furthermore they lack thoroughness. They are difficult to communicate with and to get meaningful answers. Even when they make mistakes you won't even get an apology.
This company is to be avoided as no longer well organised and fit for purpose.

You do not have an accountant until you are with Aston Shaw !, I have been with them for years , right back to Aston berry days , I would not be where I am today in business without them , no question. it never fails to amaze me how there’s always something you haven’t thought of , you think you know business, until they let loose !, yes I have a high bill , but that is absolutely nothing and disregarded , in light of what I save with their knowledge , they are life changing , I am forever grateful and my legend that is Susie Tennant who’s always a phone call away , will always be dear !, Aston Shaw , you are magic and thank you !

I’d stay away from Aston shaw accountants their costumer service is terrible.
I left to go to another accountant and it was over a month to sort out the details for my new accountant.
