waste of time, literally been waiting 2 weeks to see an accountant, called twice, was told someone would send an email, never heard anything back.. if they can’t be responsible enough to arrange a meeting or book an appointment, you’d be mad to think they could handle your money

For reference I gave you two weeks to get back to me, I wish you took your accountancy as series as your reviews as it only took you a day to reply to my review, you should have said you weren’t capable of doing my books rather than have me sitting like an idiot waiting for an email that would never come,

I wouldn't engage with this company not even if it was free. They overpromise and underdeliver. The level of communication is way below any decent standards and The work was done poorly. A total waste of time and money. Also, there are no reviews for my previous accountant engagement that lasted a very long time but It is very good to know about your intent to discredit your clients when they dare to complain and leave an authentic review, that says it all about how you operate and your inability to take responsibility for the damage caused. I would not recommend!!
