We had a highly unpleasant experience with JMW regarding a critical, time-sensitive deal. Acting on behalf of our lenders, JMW caused significant delays that jeopardized the deal multiple times. Despite multiple solicitors being involved—who were all prompt and efficient due to the urgency of the matter—JMW's responses were consistently slow and lacked coordination.

They repeatedly came back every two weeks with new requirements, even after assuring us that everything was in order. This demonstrated a clear lack of due diligence and professionalism. It felt as though they had little concern for the potential collapse of the deal due to their inefficiency. Though we managed to successfully complete the deal on the last day, overall experience has been quite disappointing.

We will not work with any lenders who would engage JMW on any deals moving forward.
