So was given this number by Advocacy agency. For a month these people have been telling me I met the threshold. Left it u till 15 days before I run out of time to tell me because I cannot give them a statement for an online digital saver account with just over 3 pound in it is don't qualify for legal aid. What kind of company asks for something that is physically impossible to obtain. SEN Solicitors that's who. Don't waste your time with these people.

This solicitors don't respond to you. No help at all. I was awarded legal aid for my child. This firm asked me for all my bank statements etc which I provided, then asked for further information which I again provided immediately- and now they haven't responded to any of my emails since early April. We are now midway through June. Useless. Fought my child's EHCP case on my own and won. I just hope legal aid haven't paid them anything as they've done NOTHING whatsoever. Avoid

Go into any send group on Facebook and ask about them… or search what people
have already said. My experience is pretty much the same as the many others.
