We Moved to area recently and looking for a reliable garage , contacted Severn services and was immediately impressed with Toms attitude and customer service. First rate and extremely helpful. Difficult diagnostic problem with car but eventually all sorted in professional and responsible fashion. Definitely my go to garage in the future.

Absolutely brilliant garage. I always get really good service from here. Adam is always keen to help, and him and his team are always knowledgeable and more than happy to explain what has gone wrong (as i usualy dont understand cars that well). I will always recommend them!

10/10 for service. Was on my way to cornwall from leeds and broke down near bristol. Came to this garage and even though he said they was fully booked for 2 days he managed to squeeze me in. Got the part, fitted and back on the road in 3 hours. And all the staff were very polite

I was booked in for an oil service on my transit at £240. I was told at booking to arrive 8am-8.30 and I may have to wait as other jobs will be on the ramp from the day before which isn’t a problem. I Arrived at 8.20am to be told I’m late and the job missed its slot with a not very nice attitude, other colleagues I could see looked at the man in shock in the way he spoke to me. I left and booked with Avonmouth motor services and was charged £143. Lesson learnt shop around. This garage mainly caters for unfortunate people who have broken down on the motorway and breakdown trucks automatically take them there then makes people think they have no choice. If you have broken down check other local services first!

Don’t usually leave reviews but this garage really saved the day for us! Called Monday morning after an AA breakdown call out Saturday night, couldn’t have been more professional - I explained the fault, they ordered the part and had me in first thing today (Tues) The car was repaired in time for me to do the school run! Will definitely be returning. Thank you!
