Jacquie Andrews has restored our trust in legal & planning professionals with the excellent service she has provided us with over the past month.

Jacquie has written us an appeal for our 4th failed planning application which is incredibly thorough and based on irrefutable facts and evidence.

Jacquie used her impressive knowledge of planning legislation and considerable strategic skills, as well as her amazing tenacity, to write the 30-page appeal in just one week. It is as watertight as can be with as much as possible based on factual evidence.

At the same time Jacquie also produced and submitted a new application for a Certificate of Lawful Development which is just as impressive.

When we compare Jacquie's work with that of a previous planning lawyer we used from a very big and successful London firm, Jacquie comes out on top in every respect.

We don't know yet if either or both pieces of work will be successful and earn us our much-needed Planning consent, but it has been incredibly heartening to see Jacquie working so hard on our behalf to give us the best possible chance at success.

I very much recommend Jacquie to anyone who is facing multiple rejected planning applications, like we are. We are in this awful position because our architect (and project manager) failed to get planning consent before directing our builders to start our renovation nearly 4 years ago.
