We met Kim Connor by chance and it turned out he was a Mac expert as well as Dell. In a week he up-graded both our machines...nothing was too much trouble. He was so professional and charming with it and it was a pleasure to work with him. He explained everything we had installed and we are 100% happy with the end result. Highly recommend him. I was given the details for this company through a Facebook comment after looking around for someone to offer computer repair during lockdown. I am so glad that their details were passed onto me because I am very happy with the service delivered by them. Initially I thought I needed a replacement part, so the computer was collected from my home address, checked for free and then advice was given on what work was required and (as I was suspecting anyway) a new computer was now required. Time was taken by the company to find the right computer for us and a computer that specifically suited our needs was found and swiftly delivered to us by hand.

After delivery of the computer we had a couple of things that needed sorting out and they were handled straight away in a friendly professional manner. Everything was explained to us and fantastic communication throughout.

Overall I would say great pricing, communication and customer service. I will be returning to them for any further computer assistance.

Great friendly service, I can’t recommend Kim at Futuretech enough.
My home computer (I’ve had it 10 years) finally gave up!
Kim came round, collected it (personal service - that’s what I like) had a look at it overnight and even sent his report at 9:30pm that night.
He gave me options as to what could be done as the the old one was unsalvageable melted the motherboard!
I setteded on a custom build, this was completed over a couple of days after having some questions and answers explained and then delivered back to me with an explanation on how the new system worked.

I was looking for advice on a higher spec PC for a specific requirement (Zwift cycling app & streaming), and after chatting with Kim for a few minutes I knew I'd found someone I could trust. No nonsense, listened to my requirements and explained exactly what I would get from a specification. The PC he suggested/built that I am now using has changed my experience!
