I bought an expensive respirator so I could look after patients safely. It was sent out the next day however when I phoned to say it was faulty and under warranty and that I needed it to look after patients and keep safe myself being vulnerable , and asked for an immediate replacement so I didnt have to let patients down and continue to work, they failed to respond and send one out . I phoned 5 times and the lady Dani was away from her desk on several occasions. I asked to speak to the person in charge who was Philip and he was in a meeting but I was assured he would ring me back in 15 minutes he didnt. I sent Dani pictures of the faulty respirator and today have had an email to say that Philip the director doesnt get involved with customer services which is a pity because I feel customer service on a respirator which can be life saving is important . I feel badly let down. The respirator was very expensive and has only worked for 2 months . Dani showed no real understanding of the problem despite that I offered to send back the faulty item next day tracked because I so desperately needed a replacemnent. The director didnt phone me as promised , Very disappointed with the true lack of after sales services . I gave up with them and went straight to the manufacturer who treated me kindly, and helped me to be able to continue to look after patients . The Safety company totally let me down and I will look else where to buy future respirators
