There is no sign outside saying "No Walk-Ins" but do not walk in innocently as I did today. They do not accept walk-ins, just referrals. Mr O'Brien treated me like a criminal intruder! I wanted to complain to his superior, but he has none - he's a Partner. He was incredibly prickly. I guess he must have a lot of enemies out there and maybe that's why he was on edge. It's not my fault - I was buzzed in and there were no signs inside, so I just asked the first person where the law firm was, and when she said "Here", I asked whether they deal with lease extensions. I just looked them up, and my mistake - they deal with some pretty unpleasant legal matters, like eviction. 😊Oops! Not your friendly local firm, far from it. O'Brien has sharp teeth - best if he's on your side 😳😅

We reluctantly had to engage with this company following a dispute with Leonard Circus Ltd, our landlord, wherein we successfully overturned a baseless and excessive dilapidations claim. Our experience with this company though was far from satisfactory. Despite having valid concerns about the unlawfully withheld deposit, one of the partners demonstrated unprofessional behaviour by refusing to engage in further communication and attempting to deter us from pursuing our rightful claim by weaponising the potential costs of taking legal action. We have escalated this matter to the Legal Ombudsman for their review. We strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this company unless you are comfortable with unscrupulous tactics being employed on your behalf.

I was strung along, and lead up the garden path by Mark Summerfield. In my opinion this firm was not very ethical, not what I was expecting from someone who was recommended to me. My advice is be very careful before instructing them and don’t get drawn in. I would NEVER use them again.

I went to Solomon's Law Office in Hampstead, London NW3 to have my signature certified on a document that the Pension Office sent to me to ascertain I am still alive to receive my little pension but I was dismissed by the office and refused to go ahead with the certification. The Pension Office in UK suggested to have the signature certified also by a Law firm.
