After a very stressful situation over a £3 oversight for a train ticket through Chiltern Railways Annie dealt with the problem in a very efficient manner. I was initially dealing with Victoria unfortunately she went on holiday a couple of days before the deadline without my knowledge which caused more stress to myself and my 18 year old daughter. Thankfully Annie picked up my case and was on the ball at all times, she secured an out of court settlement which I am thankful for. Annie is professional and extremely efficient, I would definitely contact Annie again if I am in need of a solicitor.

I hired BSB Solicitors to represent me in an investigation, specifically working with Victoria Duffy. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and detrimental to my case.

As the deadline to submit my representations approached, Victoria Duffy went on holiday. She assured me she would request a short extension, but in reality, she never did. After the deadline passed, she claimed her email submission to the investigators had bounced back, but when I asked for proof, she eventually admitted that the email had never been sent.

Due to her failure to submit my evidence on time, my case was decided without my input and the decision went against me. Despite this significant oversight, Victoria Duffy insisted that my position was not prejudiced and promised to ask the court to re-open the case, but she never admitted her initial misrepresentation.

I requested a refund of my legal fees, but both partners, Jonathan Black and James Skelsey, refused. They stood by Victoria Duffy, arguing that her actions did not change the outcome of my case, despite her misleading me about the email submission and failing to meet the critical deadline.

I would strongly advise against using BSB Solicitors if you require reliable and competent legal representation. My experience with Victoria Duffy, Jonathan Black and James Skelsey has been profoundly negative and I would not trust them with any legal matters in the future.

Jim was incredible when representing me for my sentencing hearing in Crown Court. I should’ve hired BSB Solicitors for the first hearing. He was well organised and made sure I had the requested supported documents prior to my hearing. I was charged with a serious crime and the way he spoke in court was incredible. I had a got sent a letter from TFL regarding fare evasion and was in a panic! I ended up calling a load of law firms but found that Victoria from BSB was the only one who actually seemed confident in my case and being able to assist in getting it settled out of court.
