Absolutely fantastic result today. I was in court for failure to provide a specimen of breath. Abdul Ali was clear and helpful from start to finish. I was represented by a duty solicitor for the initial stage and I decided to seek more specialist representation. I dropped this on Abdul with around 3 weeks notice to trial. It was a very difficult and complex case and given the timeframe, I thought that he would struggle to come through. That wasn't the case - He handled it extremely well, and he trawled through the evidence provided by the police (CCTV, Statements, Printouts etc).

He (along with another expert in this field) managed to pickup on the incompetence of the police and their procedures, and his attitude in court was fantastic. He handled the case extremely well and professionally, and the judge made his Not Guilty decision very quickly, despite the prosecution charging like a bull.

Needless to say, 11/10, I would recommend Abdul and his firm to anybody needing Specialist Representation. They are not the cheapest representation, but worth every penny. There's also potential to claim back costs too!

Ultimately, thank you so much for your assistance with this, I understand how complex it was and the short timeframe you had. If I ever need you again for a driving offence, you're my first call!

I Found Parnell and Peel online while looking for a solicitor to help me with my case . I don’t know what made me take the decision to go with them but
I couldn’t make a better choice.
My life was literally depending on my licence. The case was all over the place with CCTV evidence from the prosecution and witnesses. One day was i my favour the next was looking like I have no chance but somehow this team of brilliant people pulled through and i got to keep my licence. I really think 5 stars is the least Parnell and Peel Solicitors should receive, and I really can't thank Abdul enough for the brilliant job he did in my interest. I was charged with a severe drink driving case and charged with failure to provide a specimen. The case was adjourned on three occasions as a result of the prosecutor's seemingly determination to convict me at all costs. I had put myself into a deep hole, and everything seemed quite bleak when Abdul's expertise and dedication turned things around.

The extent of his knowledge about the law and strategic thinking involved was absolutely unbelievable. He cared about what was at stake: not just legally, but how a conviction would affect my business by skyrocketing my insurance premiums. My case I felt was in a no win situation, I was very depressed at the prospect of losing my license, but fortunately for me I decided to go ahead and plead not guilty, going by the advice given to me by Abdul. Probably the best decision I’ve ever made choosing Parnel and Peel Solicitors.

I had 9 points on my license when I stupidly picked up a hoax call when driving as a police officer was behind me. Admitted what I did in good faith hoping they’d let me off with a caution given the circumstances (but nope.) so I was facing a 6 month ban and this would have had a detrimental effect on my work, clients and family.
