Brilliant firm. We used Kidd Spoor Taylor in a recent house purchase and were pleased with the excellent work they provided. Christine and the whole conveyancing team were amazing, everything was explained thoroughly, and it made the process so smooth. They provided a very professional service. All communication whether by email or telephone was always polite and courteous and they were quick with their responses. We felt as though we were in safe hands start to finish. Couldn’t recommend using this firm enough!

I dealt with Kidd & Spoor for the sale of my existing property and purchase of new property. I dealt with Neil Shearer. Neil was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Neither transaction was at all simple. Neil made the process far easier to handle, through the ups and the downs. He always responded to my emails in a timely manner and I really felt he was acting in my best interests at all times, especially when there were issues with other conveyancing companies during the transactions. I would recommend Neil to anyone. He is an absolute credit to the company and a real pleasure to deal with. As much as I hope to deal with him again in the future, I am hoping that it will not be for a very long time, as I absolutely love my new property and can see myself being here for a number of years to come. Darryn was fantastic from start to finish, after a 6 year court battle , represented by another solicitor, i was so pleased to hear that he could help me, within a year , everything was finalised and over 😊

Would not reccomend, had the misfortune to have to deal with Kidd Spoor Taylor in a recent house sale. Wouldn't answer the phone or respond to emails. Very slow at conveyancing, slowed a chain by over a month beyond when all other parties ready. Then at the end when a move date was agreed before exchange, lied to us and forced it back another 2 weeks. Horrible company.

Shockingly poor service no contact what so ever had to chase them, to find out they had transferred money without any contact on how id like the money. So they decided that id would want next day and took 20% as admin fee #crooks
