Bought my flat 7 years ago and used Williamsons as the solicitor, quoted approx. £600 but in the end I was charged almost double that. Now I am selling my flat and have questions regarding some things, they don't want to know. Diane ignores emails and does not respond to telephone calls. Receptionist told me they have thrown my file away due to it being over 7 years old - do they not keep things on their computers!? Would not use again. Unhelpful and expensive.

called to get updates on a house sale every week, no one ever returned my call. Finally managed to speak to someone to be told the buyer pulled out 3 weeks ago and they didn't bother to tell me, when i questioned this the solicitor told me that's my problem and hung up on me. unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Do not use them under any circumstances.
