Could not rate highly enough. After being very worried about reading online about asbestos and Artex walls and wanting to get some renovations done I rang Ray. From the very first phonecall he was wonderful. He was friendly, calm, laid down all the facts and different options i could go with depending on the work i was going to be doing and my budget. He arrived the next day bang on time and was so efficient. He worked quietly round the house and answered any questions i had with patience and understanding. He also provided me with some great knowledge about Asbestos and we had some laughs and humour along the way. He always answers every email or phonecall and we got our results back the very next day. thankfully all clear and now i can breathe a sigh of relief out and a healthy breath in while any work is being done!!!

We contacted Ray because the house we are buying has artex ceilings and we were aware they could contain asbestos which was concerning as we have plans to renovate.

If I could give this business a ten star review it wouldn't be enough. I was in a total panic as I has been told by two roofers that they couldn't complete a simple repair on my chimney as my roof was almost certainly asbestos and that it would cost in the region of £55k to replace. I contacted Ray after reading the excellent reviews and he arranged to take a sample early the next day. Less than 24 hours after first contact I had the results back. This company is the gold standard for others to work towards. Responses are prompt, appointments are kept and Ray is very evidently extremely experienced and knowledgable.
