Ian and the team at GCH are amazing. They were professional, reliable and honest during the work they carried out for us. We had a new boiler fitted and all the work was carried out efficiently - nothing was too much trouble for them (even a last minute request to supply and install a Hive thermostat!). Have used GCH multiple times now - Ian always gets back to me quickly, and have always had my boiler seen to quickly! I have had a couple of issues with it and all has been explained to me too. Ian has also helped replacing a shower for me as well as helping me with a boiler issue on Boxing day! Would definitely recommend GCH ☺️

We needed to convert our old system boiler to a new combi boiler and GCH boiler services came to our rescue. Out of all the guys who came to give us a quote, these guys were the most knowledgeable. I'm so pleased we opted to go with them. The experience and skill that Ian and Lawrence have is second to none. They had our heating up and running within a day and spent the second day checking and finishing off the job to a very high standard. Seriously, I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

Booked boiler service, took a valuable days leave from work and waited in all day. Engineer never turned up, no notice from them that they were not coming and no apology from them when I contacted them. Work leave days are few and far between, I really resent wasting a days holiday on appointments that Engineers fail to attend. If you book this company ask for a deposit from them that you will refund if they turn up to do the job.

I will be forever grateful for the speedy and efficient way GCH boiler services responded to an emergency (burst pipe), they were there within 30 mins and had really good advice to try and minimise the damage. Will always use for my boiler and central heating needs.
